Viewing & Discovery - No AI Training

This policy applies to artworks and accompanying images expressly linked to this policy on ArtClub, to the extent that I hold the relevant rights. Copyright remains with Raphael Sabu. Public availability does not place these works in the public domain. Viewing and discovery You may view the work on ArtClub and share links to its artwork page. Search engines and discovery services, including AI-assisted search services, may index the artwork page and display attributed, low-resolution thumbnails solely to help people discover the work and visit its original page. Limited technical copying necessary for ordinary browsing and these permitted discovery activities is allowed. These permissions do not extend to model training, image generation or unrelated reuse. AI model training I do not grant permission to collect, copy, retain, supply or use these artworks or images for training, pre-training, fine-tuning or otherwise updating artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, including generative AI models. This restriction includes incorporating the images into training datasets or providing them to third parties for those purposes. Permission to index or discover a work must not be interpreted as permission to train a model on it. Other copying and reuse Except for the limited viewing and discovery uses above, I do not grant permission to reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, print, adapt or use the work in advertising, merchandise or other materials without my prior written permission. Attribution alone does not provide permission. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless separately agreed in writing. Permission requests For uses outside these permissions, please contact me through the contact details or external links on my artist profile. Any additional permission must be obtained in writing. Scope and applicable law The structured preferences accompanying this policy should be read together with these terms. “Reproduction prohibited” is subject to the limited browsing and discovery permissions expressly stated above. Nothing in this policy excludes a use permitted by applicable law, including a relevant copyright exception or statutory licence. It does not limit any separate permission or agreement I have expressly granted.
