Content guidelines

Human-created visual art

Painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, photography and human-created digital art are welcome. AI-generated artwork is not permitted. Upload only work and images you have the right to share.

Physical sales

Artists may display digital artwork and photography, and offer physical originals or physical prints where appropriate. Digital files, downloadable assets, NFTs and other digital assets cannot be offered for sale through ArtClub or an artwork purchase link.

Your words and links

Descriptions, stories and artwork details are supplied by the artist. ArtClub makes public information readable by search engines and AI discovery tools; it does not generate artwork descriptions or summaries. Artists may link to their own websites and shops.

Reports and moderation

Members can report suspected AI-generated work, digital asset sales, copyright concerns and abuse. Artists must confirm the rules when saving artwork. This declaration is not an automated verification of how an artwork was made.

Account and security information

Signed-in account activity includes recent IP addresses and browser information for platform security and moderation. These records are visible only to authorised platform administrators and retained for up to 90 days by the scheduled retention task. Explicit IP block rules remain until removed. Public pages and public data feeds do not include private account or security details.

You can delete your account and content in Account settings. Platform moderation actions may remain in a limited administrative history with deleted account references removed.
